  1. How Does Cash On Delivery (COD) Work:

 

To make a payment using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page. COD is available only in specific pin codes and up to a maximum order value of Rs. 3000/-. However, eligibility for COD may vary based on the order rejection percentage associated with a particular customer's registered email address. The 'Order Rejection Percentage' refers to undelivered orders returned from the address provided by the customer. In such cases, the COD option will not be available, and customers will need to place a new order using pre-payment options.

 

  1. Why Can't I See the COD Option on My Payment Page:

 

If you do not see the COD option on your payment page, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

 

Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

The availability of COD may vary for individual customers based on the order rejection percentage associated with their registered email address (referring to undelivered orders returned from the provided address).

  1. Prepaid Order RTO Refund:

 

In the event of an undelivered prepaid order that is returned to origin (RTO), you will receive Store Credit equivalent to your order value. This Store Credit has a lifetime validity and can be used for future purchases.
