Cancellation Policy
To initiate a cancellation request for your order, please log in to your account on our website.
Important: Cancellation is only possible if the product has not been shipped from our end. If your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to accept your cancellation request.
Refunds for PREPAID Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your store wallet. You will receive store credit, which remains valid for a lifetime. You can utilize this credit whenever you wish to make future purchases. To check your store wallet balance, simply log in to your account and click the checkout button available under the store credit option.
How to Cancel an Order?
Log in to your account using the OTP you will receive on your registered mobile number.
Once logged in, navigate to the "My Orders" section, where you will find the "Cancel" option beneath the order you wish to cancel.
Click on "Cancel" and confirm your decision to cancel the order.
Your order will be successfully cancelled.
Note: Please refrain from raising a cancellation request once your order has been shipped. Once orders have left our warehouse, it becomes challenging to halt their delivery process. We appreciate your understanding, and we will continue to provide the best service to our customers.
